I am en route to Skyrim! the captain's name is Jurid and the deckhand's name is Elka, who was eager to practice the few Dunmeris phrases she learned with me. None of the crew is keen on talking to me. Our route is to skirt the coast of Skyrim, make port in Haafingar, then travel up the river Karth to Karthwasten. Not much to do. I helped clean earlier in the day. After dinner, Elka and the cook, Niklas, showed me a gambling game called Fox's Fingers involving knuckle bones painted on four sides with different numbers of dots on each side - each player pays a fee per each of their five bones for that round, and in turn tosses three in plain sight and two behind their other hand.
